Who makes Pencil & Grid
Pencil & Grid is maintained by its editorial and product team. We design the activity data, browser interactions, printable files and answer material as one connected product rather than republishing third-party worksheets.
What we publish
We create original word searches, Sudoku, crosswords, mazes, trivia, bingo, would-you-rather questions, coloring pages, rebus puzzles and riddles. Fixed landing pages include online play, downloadable files and answer material.
What makes a page complete
A public puzzle page includes a playable activity, a clear difficulty, a working printable file, a matching answer key and helpful links to the next activity.
How we review work
Automated checks validate routes, solutions, files, links and page structure. Facts, explanations, riddles, rebus answers and visual quality also pass an editorial review gate. Reported corrections are made in the shared source so the page and printable stay aligned.

How the free service is funded
The service is designed to remain free. Advertising is currently disabled. If it is connected after approval and consent setup, it must stay clearly separated from downloads, answers, navigation and game controls.
